Please be advised that for any permanent makeup services, including microblading, we will require a doctor's note if you are: -Pregnant/breastfeeding -Diabetic -Currently under the care of a doctor for Thyroid, Auto immune diseases, heart conditions, or chemo/radiation Also, we do not allow people outside the person being treated in the room. Please make arrangements for children to be with a caregiver while at our facility.
